Jenny Grove-BradshawPrincipal ConsultantJenny Grove-Bradshaw is the President and Principal Consultant of OmniService Enterprises, LLC. She leads and directs all client services and is responsible for all executive and administrative functions in the firm. Ms. Grove-Bradshaw has 15 years of experience in commercial construction with completed projects totaling nearly $1.4 billion dollars and encompassing 10 million SF of new construction and 1 million SF of renovation work. This experience has spanned 20 states, various market types, private and public clients, and numerous project delivery and management methodologies. Ms. Grove-Bradshaw has led preconstruction and project management activities on significant projects including corporate headquarters, commercial and speculative office buildings, high and mid-rise construction, data and technology centers, special use facilities, parking garages, higher education buildings, interior renovations, and government facilities. Key clients have included the General Services Administration (GSA), State Farm, Union Pacific Railroad, Fannie Mae, Cox Enterprises, America Online, McKessonHBOC, American University, ADP, and Scientific-Atlanta. Ms. Grove-Bradshaw earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology. She worked as a Preconstruction Manager for Holder Construction Company for 9 years before founding OmniService Enterprises in 2006. She is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, Professional Women in Construction, and an officer in a local homeowners' association. |
